How We Price Collections
We price against TCGPlayer Market Price as our primary benchmark, cross-referenced with Cardmarket for international cards. Prices reflect market values at the time of assessment — not the enquiry date.
Individual cards typically receive 40–60% of market value as cash, or 60–80% as store credit. Whole collections sit slightly lower to account for assessment and sorting time — we'll always be upfront about this.
Near Mint (NM) and Lightly Played (LP) cards receive full rates. Moderately Played (MP) is discounted 20–30%. Heavily Played (HP) is assessed case-by-case. Damaged cards may not be purchased.
Commons and uncommons are priced per 1,000 cards. Rares and mythics in bulk receive a flat per-card rate (typically $0.20–$0.50 each). Foil commons/uncommons carry a small premium. Older sets command higher bulk rates.
Collections sorted by set, alphabetically, or with rares pulled attract a small bonus — we appreciate the effort and pass that on to you.
Heavily damaged or altered cards, marked cards, counterfeits, World Championship deck cards, and non-English cards outside of our current buying list. These will be returned at the seller's cost.
